The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is an annual Formula One motor racing event held at the Yas Island circuit over four days including concerts held nightly after the race events.
Trivandi was engaged by Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management (ADMM), operators of the event, to carry out an Operational Health Check in the lead up to the 2022 Grand Prix event. The work included: operational planning; an operational plans review through peer review and gap analysis; attending operational workshops; supporting operational readiness through risk, issue and action logs; together with participation in internal desktop testing and exercising activity.
Trivandi was appointed to test the readiness between the following functional areas to ensure optimal guest experience: Commercial and Ticketing; Guest Experience; Security; Guest Services; Catering, Cleansing and Waste; Pre-Event Communications; Traffic and Transport (arrivals and departures); Signage and Wayfinding; and Operational C3.
Further to this, Trivandi provided experienced staff to track, monitor, and report on operational delivery during the event to the ADMM Senior Management team for post-event evaluation and setting of strategic objectives and plans for future events.
