Doha, Qatar are hosting the 2023 International Horticultural Expo. The Expo is 6 months long and fosters cooperation and the sharing of knowledge and solutions between countries, horticultural producers and agricultural industries.
The theme of Expo 2023 Doha, Qatar is “Green Desert, Better Environment”. The goal is to encourage, inspire and inform people about innovative solutions and the reduction of desertification.
Trivandi were appointed as the Operations Consultant to advise and support the Organising Bureau in the development of the event masterplan and operational planning across Expo 2023 Doha and the Al Bidda legacy park. This included preparing the concept of operations, functional plans, overlay plans and budget planning to assist the organisers with the preparations for Expo 2023 and in its communciations with stakehollders, ministries and the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE).
