The Pyramids of Giza is one of the most iconic sites on the planet and its centre piece, the Great Pyramid is the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and the only one to remain largely intact. Over 14 million people visit the Pyramids each year, making it one of the most popular tourist sites in the world.
Trivandi is providing advice and guidance on the development of a new guest experience for the Pyramids, as an integrated part of the redevelopment works that are taking place at this world heritage site.
Our team have carried out a guest mapping exercise, designed to establish the personas of each guest group, to determine their typical experiential journeys, define their touch points and scope their core operational needs. This is all aimed at maintaining a high service level and ensuring a world class pyramids experience.
We have also created a visitor masterplan and a high-level Concept of Operations which sets out the core parameters for the successful operational delivery of the guest experience mapping.
