Trivandi was appointed by Lille Métropole with CEG to conduct an audit on Stade Pierre Mauroy ahead of it hosting the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Rugby World Cup in 2023.
The audit provided an understanding for what is working well, exploring the stadium and its surroundings, the constraints and challenges. These observations identified opportunities for enhancement which Trivandi benchmarked against other international stadiums.
Trivandi provided a proposal for the stadium to make it more appealing and in line with international stadia, developing a global investment plan for the short, medium and long term and providing strategic advice on fostering strong financial backing and relationships, ensuring the Stadium’s commercial viability.
A key part of this project was Trivandi’s role in stakeholder and partner engagement throughout the consultation process to determine requirements, support networks, stakeholder use of the space and help identify potential opportunities.
