Team Assistant & Office Manager

Trivandi is on the search for a Team Assistant & Office Manager to join their team. With event projects including Olympic Games, World Cups and Expos and venues including Stadiums, Botanical Gardens and Extreme Adventure Sport Centre schemes, the practice has an established track record of delivering high-profile projects in 22 countries worldwide.

The role will be based in a 10 person office in London Bridge and require the following duties and skills:

Key responsibilities

  • Office management including managing facilities contractors, managing phone calls and visitors, meeting management
  • Basic PA support to CEO including diary management, travel arrangements and day to day admin support
  • Team support for admin and travel arrangements
  • Business development – client/project targeting strategy and monitoring tender/ framework sites highlighting new opportunities of interest
  • Marketing – website development and social media management
  • Ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Develop brand and marketing collateral
  • Prepare Bid documents
  • Assist in the production of marketing material


Key skills

  • Experience in a similar role, with 5+ years’ experience in an office environment preferred
  • Proven experience of Microsoft applications – Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Photoshop/ InDesign skills beneficial
  • Ability to prioritise and confidence to talk to senior directors about priorities and make recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Resilient and a self-starter who thrives on autonomy
  • Great sense of humour, team player and positive proactive can do attitude
  • Language skills an advantage but not essential – French, Spanish, Arabic


Salary range £25k – £35k depending on experience.
