We are thrilled to welcome 
Tillie Harris as our Chief of Culture and Growth in a fractional capacity. Tillie brings exceptional credentials as a top-tier coach with postgraduate qualifications in communications, social anthropology, and the psychodynamics of human behaviour.
She'll work in partnership with our Director of People, Kirsty Seye, and the rest of our senior leadership team to ensure our people-first culture remains the core of Trivandi as we scale. Her expertise will help us maintain our genuine, friendly and collaborative environment, whilst fostering the thinking and communication that drives both individual and business growth.
Tillie will be with us part-time, continuing to support her clients in the UK and US through her own consultancy. Tillie Says:
