National Days are a highlight of every World Exposition – a moment when participating nations celebrate their culture, history, and achievements on the global stage. Trivandi is proud to have delivered the first of three National Days at Expo 2025 Osaka, supporting the USA Pavilion in hosting an unforgettable celebration.
Working in close collaboration with the U.S. Department of State, Trivandi provided end-to-end operational expertise to deliver one of the most logistically complex events of the Expo to date. From meticulous planning to precise on-the-day delivery, the Trivandi team ensured the flawless execution of a high-profile programme for the official U.S. delegation, appointed by the President of the United States.
Drawing on extensive international experience in managing large-scale, complex events, Trivandi delivered operational planning, protocol support, and event management services. The team worked closely with Expo organisers and key stakeholders to welcome distinguished guests, international delegations, and thousands of Expo visitors.
The USA National Day featured a formal Ceremony in Expo’s National Day Hall, attended by international dignitaries, pavilion leaders, and senior members of the Japanese Government. Trivandi oversaw all programming and performance elements, before coordinating more than 16 cultural performances, pavilion tours, and a 500-person VIP reception hosted at the USA Pavilion. Behind the scenes, Trivandi managed programme flow, guest services, and media engagement, ensuring all U.S. Department of State requirements were met to the highest standard.
Delivering this level of operational excellence required careful coordination across multiple venues and stakeholder groups, while maintaining the seamless guest experience that World Expositions are known for.
