Jo is known for creating environments where clients feel understood, valued and inspired, and for delivering moments that build trust and drive meaningful business outcomes. She brings a client-first mindset to every engagement, combining creativity with strategic clarity to design tailored experiences for senior executive audiences. Jo is dedicated to developing high-performing teams and cultivating cultures where people collaborate, innovate and thrive. With both corporate (PwC, Natwest) and various event agencies - Jo's background spans global events, sponsorships, partnership programmes and transformation initiatives that modernise ways of working and embed continuous improvement. She has extensive expertise in C-suite engagement, experiential design and the delivery of incentives, conferences, exhibitions, hospitality, recognition and charity events across multiple sectors. Above all, she is passionate about people and about crafting experiences that truly matter.


Career Highlight

Devising a bespoke London-centric hospitality programme for UHNW Clients for the London 2012 Olympics. I had the privilege of attending the Opening Ceremony and had to sit on my hands throughout as I was so excited! A memory that will last forever.


Personal Best

Successfully building and balancing a career in events while raising two kind, creative and confident (occasionally sassy!) girls - proving that leadership at home and leadership at work both draw on patience, empathy and, above all, a good sense of humour.
