The London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) is widely credited with staging one of the most successful Games in the history of the Olympic and Paralympic movements. Trivandi’s three founders, James Bulley, Paul May and Jonathan Branson were the Venues and Infrastructure Senior Leadership for LOCOG.

THE CHALLENGE
The London 2012 Games required the meticulous planning, delivery and operations for 37 competition venues and over 80 non-competition venues, ensuring that legacy and sustainability was at the heart of everything.
THE SOLUTION
Trivandi’s founders had responsibility for planning, delivering and operating the 140+ venues and Olympic Park for the London 2012 Games.
Their responsibility encompassed the London 2012 Bid planning, Venue Management, Venue Development, Integrated Operational Planning, Park Operations, Event Services and legacy transformation.
With involvement from bid stage to legacy transformation and operation, Trivandi were involved in the Olympic Park for 14 years.
THE RESULT
The London 2012 Games were widely hailed as one of the most successful and well delivered Olympic Games in history, setting a benchmark for future Games. This success led to the formation of Trivandi in 2013, established to share the extensive knowledge and expertise gained by the senior leadership team.
