Expo 2020 Dubai

Expo 2020 Dubai brought together the international community over a 6-month period, encouraging people to explore and experience the different perspectives as they relate to the overall theme of Connecting Minds, Creating the Future and the three subthemes – Opportunity, Mobility and Sustainability.

Trivandi worked as part of the core Expo team to develop the event Concept of Operations, define the services that Expo Operations were to deliver and develop high level operating plans for all of the functional areas within Expo Operations.

We also provided specialist consulting support to deliver the service design and planning across 3 core work streams: site safety strategy, crowd management plan and last mile strategy. Services included: site safety strategy and overview, overarching crowd management plan, last mile service design plan, visual delivery roadmap.

In addition we were responsible for the planning and operations of the New Zealand pavilion, working with our partners Emirates Flight Catering and Transguard. Our role included strategic planning, guest experience, operational planning, readiness, operations, decommissioning, dissolution and legacy.
