Trivandi has appointed 
Kelly Gibbons as Executive Vice President, USA as the company accelerates its next phase of growth.
The appointment builds on Trivandi’s expanding presence in the United States, where the company has developed a growing portfolio across World Expos, esports, major venue developments and live entertainment.
Kelly joins Trivandi from Main & Rose, the award-winning marcomms agency she co-founded and led as CEO. With more than 20 years’ experience across the US, Middle East and global markets, she brings deep expertise in business growth, market expansion, commercial strategy, organizational development and strategic partnerships. As CEO, she led the company’s growth, operations and profitability, building the infrastructure, teams and client relationships required to scale the business across multiple markets.

As Executive Vice President, USA, Kelly will lead Trivandi’s US business, with responsibility for market development, senior client relationships, strategic partnerships, and commercial performance. She will also help shape the structure and capabilities required to support the company’s expanding portfolio across the country.
Her appointment builds on growing momentum across the region, including Trivandi’s role as Official Advisory & Delivery Founding Partner for World Expo 2031 Minnesota, Operational Delivery Partner for the Los Angeles 2026 Global Esports Games, Operations Partner for the USA Pavilions at World Expo 2027 Belgrade and World Expo 2030 Riyadh, and recent support to Inter Miami CF in the opening of Nu Stadium in Miami.
Kelly will help more US clients access Trivandi’s unique ‘One Team’ model, which brings together advisors, designers and operators with hands-on experience across the Olympic Games, World Expos, FIFA World Cups, major stadia developments and global live experiences to turn ambitious ideas into successful, operable and lasting outcomes.

Kelly co-founded Main & Rose in 2013 and led the company for more than a decade, growing it into an international agency working across the US and Middle East. As CEO, she oversaw commercial growth, operations, organizational development, profitability and senior client relationships, while building the teams and infrastructure required to scale. Her appointment follows a period of significant international growth for Trivandi, with expanding teams across the US, Middle East, Australia and the UK. Founded in 2013 by the senior leadership team behind the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Trivandi has delivered more than 300 projects in 30 countries.
