تهدف أكاديمية تريفاندي إلى الارتقاء بمعايير تنظيم الفعاليات الكبرى من خلال التعليم والتدريب والابتكار. نركز على تحسين القطاع وتدريب من يعملون معنا في الدول التي نعمل بها على تنفيذ المهام، حيث نعتبر ذلك جزءاً رئيسياً من مهمة تريفاندي.
رغم عدم وجود شهادات معتمدة لمتخصصي الفعاليات أو نشر المعرفة في هذا المجال حالياً، فإن تنظيم الفعاليات الكبرى يُعد عملية معقدة وصعبة تتطلب أعلى مستويات المسؤولية المالية والتشغيلية. كما يتطلب النجاح في هذا المجال توافر المعرفة والمهارات والخبرات الكبيرة.
تعمل أكاديمية تريفاندي على سد هذه الثغرة من خلال:
- تنظيم دورات تدريبية معتمدة لتعزيز مهارات المتخصصين الطموحين والموهوبين في تنظيم
- تنفيذ برامج وورش عمل تعليمية مخصصة للمؤسسات ومصممة لتلبية متطلبات محددة وتنمية المهارات.
- تقديم برامج إرشادية لتنمية قدرات الموظفين وتعزيز التعاون فيما بينهم.
- إجراء الأبحاث وتعزيز القيادة الفكرية ومشاركة المعرفة ومناقشة الدروس المستفادة والأفكار التي تسهم في تحسين القطاع.

E-Learning Courses
As part of our mission to upskill major event professionals, we are developing a range of e-learning courses that cover the fundamental aspects of working in the industry.
Major Events 101
Major Events 101 is a groundbreaking, CMI-accredited course that equips aspiring and experienced major event professionals with the comprehensive knowledge and practical skills needed to excel in the industry. Devised by industry experts and university professors, it provides a 360-degree view on how major events are put together and how each aspect relates to one another.
The Essential Series
The Essential Series features six individually crafted specialised modules derived from the Major Events 101 curriculum. These short courses provide a deep-dive into specific stages of the major event lifecycle. Pick the areas that interest you most, or complete all six modules in your own time to 'power up' to the Chartered Management Institute Level 3 certificate.
Coming Soon – Sustainability
Our Sustainability in Major Events course is crafted by The Bulb's sustainability experts, top industry professionals and our in-house academics, blending cutting-edge insights with our unrivalled international event expertise. Designed to be engaging, inspiring and highly practical, this 6-hour, fully flexible, online course equips you with real-world strategies to create impactful, sustainable events.
We are always looking for great people to join our Trivandi Academy delivery team. If you have experience developing and/or facilitating training, or if you want to inspire the next generation of major event professionals, we'd love to hear from you.
We're interested in people with:
- Experience of delivering training, teaching or other L&D offerings (particularly in major events)
- Experience of designing L&D programmes, training material or e-learning courses
- Major event experience – professionals who would like to share their expertise to help train the next generation
