Being part of the testing team for Team GB athletes village at London 2012. Sleeping overnight in the bedrooms the elite were going to use, walking, eating and socilising in their spaces was the best behind the scenes access i've ever had - it was a real treat!

My family - raising kind, resilient children who excel and stay true to themselves alongside my husband, and seeing all of them support me and cheer me on whilst i've worked to deliver world-class major events at full capacity is my proudest achievement. Being able to share the events with them, and for them to see the small part i've played is the best feeling ever!!
