Throughout her career, Professor Barrett-Baxendale has led several landmark initiatives, most notably playing a central role in the development and delivery of the Hill Dickinson Stadium at Everton Football Club. As Chair of the Stadium Development Company, she oversaw the delivery of one of the most ambitious stadium projects in European football, combining innovative design, regeneration impact, and long-term economic value. Her leadership helped navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, ensuring the project aligned with both club ambitions and wider civic priorities, leaving a lasting legacy for Liverpool and its communities.
