Trivandi Appointed as Operations Partner for USA Pavilions at Expo 2027 Belgrade and Expo 2030 Riyadh

Dual appointment sees Trivandi become first company selected to deliver a national pavilion at Expo 2030

Trivandi, the global leaders in advising, designing and delivering mega events and experiences, has been appointed as Operations Partner for the USA Pavilion at both Expo 2027 in Belgrade and Expo 2030 in Riyadh. The dual appointment spans the full scope of pavilion operations.

The appointment makes Trivandi the first company to be selected by a participating country for operational delivery work on Expo 2030, a significant milestone that reflects the trust placed in Trivandi’s proven track record in World Expo delivery.

James Bulley, CEO and Co-founder of Trivandi:

“We're incredibly proud to be trusted with the USA Pavilion again. At Expo 2025 Osaka, we delivered operations for three pavilions simultaneously, including the award-winning USA Pavilion, where our team welcomed more than 1.8 million visitors. Being embedded as Operations Partner is a model which delivers better end-to-end solutions, from strategy to operations and legacy. By working as a partner in the client team, it breaks down the traditional models of client-supplier-contractor relationships. It enables Trivandi to create more impact through owning outcomes, deploying more efficient solutions and delivering better guest experiences”.

In Belgrade, Trivandi will deploy a team of around 100 staff to deliver the full operational scope of the USA Pavilion. This includes everything from venue management, VIP hosting and food and beverage - to cultural programming, media and retail. Trivandi will apply knowledge and learnings from previous World Expos to simplify the huge complexity of delivering and operating pavilions, ensuring the focus remains on creating memorable, authentically American experiences for every guest.

The Belgrade pavilion will focus on sport and entertainment, celebrating the United States’ global leadership in those industries and their role in driving cultural connection. In Riyadh, Trivandi will continue to deliver operations for the USA Pavilion at Expo 2030. With specific scope, scale and delivery approach to be confirmed in due course.

Trivandi’s World Expo experience spans from Expo 2015 Milano to Expo 2025 Osaka, where the company delivered operations across the USA, UAE and Australia pavilions simultaneously. Managing the complexity of multiple national pavilions at once is something very few organisations have accomplished. The dual appointment for the USA Pavilion at Expo 2027 and Expo 2030, along with the recent appointment as Official Advisory and Delivery Founding Partner for Expo 2031 Minnesota further reinforces Trivandi’s position as a global leader in advisory, design and delivery of Expos.
