Today marks one year since we launched Trivandi Academy, dedicated to empowering major event professionals worldwide. What began as a vision to transform industry education has rapidly grown into a thriving global learning community.

Our Journey Begins
One year ago, we launched Trivandi Academy to address a core gap in the major events industry – a lack of relevant, structured training, shared knowledge, and clear career pathways for those delivering the world's biggest events.
We saw that our industry faced a real talent challenge: a shortage of trained professionals and new host countries that needed local expertise. We set out to drive the professionalisation of the major events industry by creating certified learning programmes and sustainable development pathways that build long-term capability, not just short-term staffing solutions.
A Year of Growth and Achievement
By sharing our real-world expertise, we're helping build skilled teams worldwide.
In just twelve months, Trivandi Academy has:
- Received accreditation as a Chartered Management Institute Learning Centre
- Successfully launched our flagship الفعاليات الكبرى 101 course and The Essentials Series
- Trained professionals in more than 20 countries
- Developed trusted partnerships with industry leaders including UK Sport, Ethara, Australia Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Transport Management Solutions (TMS)
- Successfully delivered a mentoring programme for 30 executive leaders in Saudi Arabia with the General Entertainment Authority and Takamol
- Begun two new projects to help clients achieve their goals in upskilling existing teams
